Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Yogic City (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into legally binding agreements. By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access at contact@yogiccity.fit.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Harass, abuse, or impersonate any instructor or user.
• Post false reviews or manipulate ratings.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to bypass security measures.
• Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications.
• Upload content you don't own or have permission to share.

If you list yourself as an instructor on Yogic City:

• You must hold valid certifications and uploaded proof must be authentic.
• You are responsible for the safety and quality of your classes.
• Yogic City charges a platform commission, disclosed transparently before each booking.
• You authorize Yogic City to collect payments on your behalf and disburse them after deducting the platform fee.
• Repeated cancellations, complaints, or policy violations may lead to suspension.

All payments are processed securely via Razorpay. Prices include applicable taxes (e.g., GST). Currency is Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.

By booking a class, you agree to attend at the scheduled time. No-shows are non-refundable per our cancellation policy. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details.

You retain ownership of any content you post (reviews, photos, messages). By posting, you grant Yogic City a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and distribute that content within the Service. We may remove content that violates these terms.

Yogic City, its name, logo, design, and original content are owned by us and protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit permission.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, fraud, or abuse. You may close your account at any time from your profile settings. Some provisions (intellectual property, indemnification, limitation of liability) survive termination.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Yoga involves physical activity — consult a qualified medical professional before starting any new exercise program.

Yogic City is a marketplace connecting students with independent instructors. We are not responsible for the conduct, quality of teaching, or actions of any instructor or student. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yogic City shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be resolved by the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka. We encourage informal resolution first — please email us at contact@yogiccity.fit before pursuing any claim.

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
