1. Overview
We aim to make our cancellation and refund process transparent and fair. This policy explains how refunds work for different class types and when you cancel.
2. Student-initiated cancellation
Refund amount depends on how far in advance you cancel:

Refunds are calculated based on the time of cancellation relative to the class start time.
3. Instructor-initiated cancellation
If an instructor cancels a class for any reason, you receive a full 100% refund automatically — no action required. Repeated instructor cancellations affect the instructor's standing on the platform.
4. No-shows
If you don't show up to a confirmed class without cancelling, no refund is issued. The full booking amount is paid to the instructor as compensation for their time.
5. Refund timeline
Once a refund is initiated, the amount is sent to your original payment method via Razorpay. Typical timelines:
- Credit/Debit card: 5–7 business days
- UPI / Net Banking: 3–5 business days
- Wallets: 1–3 business days
Bank processing times vary. If your refund hasn't arrived after 10 business days, contact us at contact@yogiccity.fit.
6. Disputes and quality issues
If you experienced a serious issue with a class (instructor didn't show up, completely different from description, safety concern), reach out within 48 hours of the class. Our team reviews each case and may issue a discretionary refund or credit.
We may request evidence (photos, screenshots, communication logs) to investigate. False or fraudulent claims may result in account suspension.
7. Non-refundable items
- Service fees and platform charges (clearly disclosed at booking).
- Bookings cancelled outside the refund window.
- No-show bookings.
- Promotional credits or coupons (unless explicitly stated otherwise).
8. How to cancel a booking
- Sign in and go to My Bookings.
- Find the booking you wish to cancel.
- Click Cancel and confirm the reason.
- Refund (if applicable) is initiated immediately.
